Helping couples reconnect through compassionate, evidence-based counseling backed by more than 20 years of experience.
Why I Do This Work
“I believe you are the experts on your relationship. My role is to guide, support, and empower you as you create the changes that matter most to both of you.”
— Christine Krysa, LPC, LCMHCS
Helping Couples Reconnect, Rebuild, and Move Forward
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen the connection that brought them together. Every relationship is unique, and I believe lasting change begins when both partners feel heard, understood, and supported.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I work alongside couples to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Most importantly, I believe you are the experts on your relationship. My role isn’t to tell you what your relationship should look like, but to guide, support, and empower you as you create the changes that matter most to both of you.
What You Can Expect From Me
My goal is to create a space where you both feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to strengthen your relationship.
Compassionate
You'll be met with empathy, respect, and a judgment-free space where both partners feel heard and understood.
Collaborative
We'll work together to better understand your relationship, identify patterns, and create goals that matter to both of you.
Practical
You'll leave each session with practical tools and strategies you can begin using in everyday life.
Inclusive Care
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who works with clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
